Recombinant Sequence

This model is derived as the physical condition generated through the analysis of the camera's location in relation to the right and left side of the General Lee within the confines of a selected camera sequence.  The undulations of the surface are influenced by the original parametric surface from project 2a and a new surface condition that maps the adjacency of the camera through the scene.  The uneven spacing of the individual curves serves as indication of the intensity of the camera's movement.

  1. I am more intrigued by your first picture than the rest two. It seems to be a reflection pattern of wave on the water surface. It seems to have some equition behind your form or some parametrics. Yet if this is not parametricly controlled, it would be also interesting to know the principle behind your manipulatioin gesture.

  2. this is great, can't wait to see how your physical model turns out!

  3. I agree, the first image intrigues me the most. Because of the wave condition created at the bottom of the image and the implied continuation at the top as well as the wave motion created the voids throughout.

  4. The first image, to me, is more provoking because of the rendered grey values. As opposed to a starch marching rhythm it creates a more fluid combinition of surface and rythym.

  5. I agree that first image is the most interesting. It is because It looks very complicated but then the other two images show that It doesn't go much deeper. I think there needs to be a contrasting/complimentary system acting on the forms.
